I lost 3 more lbs. this week at my weight watchers weigh-in, which puts me at 10 lbs. lost all together. Then I went to Columbus for the weekend and probably gained all 10 lbs. back. I tried to make smarter choices when we would eat at restaurants, but we went to a place called Thurmans yesterday and I had the biggest burger ever, mainly because that's what they are known for, and a few beers and I felt terrible afterward. Back to smarter eating this week!
