I was pretty miserable all last week with some bug, so I wasn't able to work out or anything. I did lose a pound at my Saturday weigh-in which I found to be strange, since I hardly ate all week. It's very depressing that even when I'm sick, I still feel like I have to eat only a small piece of lettuce per day to lose real wait. Very frustrated lately!
