Another blog....
Hey all! I've lost some motivation of late. I haven't been as strict on the weekends and my workouts haven't been there. I had a little talk with myself the other night and I'm going to get it together. I'm not sure how many times I can keep saying the same things in these blogs, but at some point, it has to stick. I've maintained my weight since the last Lighten Up weigh-in, but I intend to get up every morning this week and work out and lose 5 to 10 lbs by next weekend's big weigh-in. I owe it to myself!
