3/29/14 blog...
Got up early today, weighed in at WW, walked 3 miles at the mall, worked up a good sweat, only drank a protein drink all morning, ate nothing til after 1:00pm, came home to shower, and went to the "Lighten Up" weigh-in and lost 2 lbs in the last month, which makes 9 all-together. Not good. I vow to lose at least 10 by next month's weigh-in which will put me at or below 300. My motivation is back and the workouts feel natural. Lookout world!
